RNAs from nasopharyngeal swab & oropharyngeal swab specimens can be used for accurate detection
of COVID-19 by our one-step reverse transcription and real time PCR Kit. Primers and probes are
designed to detect conserved sequence end coding the E- gene and RdRP gene in the viral RNA
simultaneously .
